Policies

ORDERING
All RTS items can be found on the website and available for purchase at any time. Please note CUSTOMS can be started by using 1. the message us button on our FB business page, 2. the contact link in the header of our main page. Please note any information you can that will help us better serve you (what style you would like, fabric choice, print etc.) and also a good way to contact you back.
When ordering anything on the website please be sure to double check all sizes or hardware needed.

FABRIC

Please note that fabric material type will be noted in each individual listing for all items. Fabric will be prewashed in hypo-allergenic detergent before items are cut and made, we do this to ensure that any shrinkage that may occur will be done before items are made.

PAYMENT
All orders will not be started until full deposit/payment has been received and no items will be shipped till paid in full. Please note all RTS, FB sale, and CUSTOMS orders will be invoiced through the Wrangle & Bloom Co. website unless otherwise agreed upon. 

Refunds
All Wrangle & Bloom Co. shop items are handmade with love due to this nature no two items will look the same and may have slight imperfections please remember this when ordering and receiving your items. Being that our items are handmade we do not accept returns and will not give refunds or shop credit. However, if we have made a mistake on our part, please contact us within 24-48 hours to let us know and we will do our best to sort it out together and fix the issue. If a refund is necessary once we receive your items, and all items are unworn, show no signs of damage, and are free of any odor we will issue you a refund within 2-3 business days to original form of payment or shop credit. Customer name and order number must be included with your return package and items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the returning label. 

Shipping

We ship our products using standard USPS or UPS. All items usually ship out within 24-48 hours of them being finished and packaged. Please note if you order sale items or RTS items with preorder items your package will not ship until preorder items are ready. Once labels are created you will receive an email with tracking and once they are dropped off and/or picked up by the mail carrier it is out of our hands, and you will need to contact the mail carrier with your tracking number.

Turn Around Time

RTS will ship in 2-3 business days. CUSTOMS will ship 2-3 weeks after full payment is received. Sublimation and DTF will ship in 2-3 weeks. Please DO NOT order any RTS items with Custom, Sublimation, or DTF items in the event that you do all RTS items will ship when the other items are ready. Please note that sale items can have a different TAT and will be stated during the sale. Our TAT is roughly estimated and does not include shipping times, weekends, or holidays, please take this into consideration when placing an order.
